Living on a small farm in the Pacific Northwest gives me much to draw my inspiration from–the gardens, orchard, chickens, and other livestock, and slow, deliberate living…to name a few…but I also gravitate towards whimsical work designed to surprise and delight people

My goal is to have my art be a bit of a reprieve from the stressful, hectic world. And if I can bring a smile to someone’s face, I’ve done my job.

I started my first creative business when I was just 10 after I decided my life would be incomplete without a 10-speed bike It didn’t take me long to realize that using my skills and talents to make people smile was a great way to make an income (and buy a bike!).
